The plan sheets identify FRM Associates LLC, a Florida limited liability company, as the Developer. They also state that Fortune International Group, KAR Properties and Faena are not the Developer. Those names may appear in marketing. They are not a substitute for the developer of record. Confirm the offering documents.

Architecture is by Rafael Viñoly Architects. Interiors are by Bryan O'Sullivan Studio. Landscape is by Sasaki.
